Trump Promised Zelenskyy Not to Discuss Ukraine’s Territories at Meeting with Putin

During a conversation with Volodymyr Zelenskyy and European leaders, Donald Trump stated that he would not discuss the ‘division’ of Ukrainian territories at a meeting with Vladimir Putin in Alaska, CNN and NBC News reported, citing several sources.

According to NBC News sources, Trump said his goal at the meeting was to achieve a ceasefire. The US president agreed with European leaders that it should be implemented before peace talks begin.
